Guestmarker helps hotels plan and publish posts to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. This page explains what we collect and why.
Your email address, to sign you in. When you connect Meta, we store the IDs, names and profile pictures of the Pages and Instagram accounts you choose, plus an access token that lets us publish on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest. We store the captions, photos and videos you schedule.
Only to publish the posts you schedule, at the time you choose, and to show you whether they went out. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Removing an account in Guestmarker deletes its stored token. You can also remove Guestmarker from Facebook settings at any time. To delete everything, see our data deletion instructions.
